President elect Obama dilemma is--he now must deliver--he ran on change and diversity--out with the old, in with the new. Can he deliver? Will he deliver? He has 2000 positions to fill--will it be filled with old experienced insiders or will he include some bright inexperience--non office holders, whose judgement and vision for the future is filled with innovative, bold new ideas; instead of old worn out ideas of the experienced insiders who haven't had a new idea in years.
