WATCHED THE CBS EVENING NEWS--OCT,3RD--2011. HERE IS WHAT THIS MILITARY BRASS TOLD CBS " THE MILITARY IS NOT LEAVING AFGHANISTAN"--WHO DO THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE? WE DON'T NEED TO TO BE OCCUPIERS; NO BOOTS ON THE GROUND, BUT THESE GENERALS THINK WE NEED BOOTS ON THE GROUND.--THEY ARE TRAINED FOR BOOTS ON THE GROUND--FIGHTING THE OLD FASHION WAY WHEN DRONES AND ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGIES CAN DO THE JOB. DRONES AND ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGIES THEY CAN TAKE CARE OF ANY MILITARY THREAT WITHOUT BOOTS ON THE GROUND.

BUT, THESE MILITARY BRASS WOULD HAVE NONE OF IT. THEY LOVE WARS, THAT WHY THEY WENT TO WEST POINT. AND THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO MAINTAIN BOOTS ON THE GROUND--THUS, THEY BECOME OCCUPIERS IN FOREIGN LANDS.

50% OF AMERICANS WANT TO BRING ALL OUR TROOPS HOME FROM WHERE EVER THEY ARE--PUT THEM ON STANDBY AT HOME--PUT THEM ON OUR BORDERS--HAVE THEM HELP WITH MAJOR DISASTERS. HAVE THESE MILITARY BRASS RETRAINED IN MODERN DAY WARFARE (DRONES AND ELECTRONICS) V.S BOOTS ON THE GROUND. IF THEY REFUSE, KICK THEM OUT THE MILITARY.

WE NEED TO KEEP DOING WEAPONS AND DEFENSIVE RESEARCH ON SEA, AIR AND GROUND TECHNOLOGIES; INCLUDING LASERS RESEARCH--FOR OBVIOUS REASON--TO MAINTAIN OUR OFFENSIVE AND DEFENSIVE CAPABILITIES SECOND TO NONE..
MAINTAINING AND DEVELOP OUR SATELLITE TECHNOLOGY AND TRANSPORT VEHICLES FOR RAPID DEPLOYMENT OF OUR TROOPS--BY SEA,  AIR; OR GROUND--WHILE WE CONTINUE TO MINIMIZE BOOTS ON THE GROUND.

MAINTAIN THE TROOPS IN TOP FIGHTING CONDITIONS--AT THE READY. HIS EXPERIENCE, HIS STORY OF blatant acts of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, AND racism MUST BE TOLD.



I HAVE DECIDED TO TELL THIS PhD GRADUATE STUDENT STORY IN ORDER TO EXPOSE THE DARK, CLOSELY HELD SECRET OF RACISM AT THESE PRESTIGIOUS UNIVERSITIES. SOMETHING THEY ALL DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW..--IT BEGS THE QUESTION? WHAT CAN YOU DO WHEN A DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER LEARNING HAS A RACIST SELF APPOINTED GATEKEEPER? ---NOTHING!-- YOUR GOOSE IS COOKED--AND THE MOTHER OF ALL ( WIDE OPEN-- ABOVE BOARD) BLATANT ACTS of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, AND racism AWAITS YOU.

HIS EXPERIENCE BEGS THE SAME QUESTION? WHAT COULD HE DO WHEN HIS DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER LEARNING HAS A RACIST SELF APPOINTED GATEKEEPER? ---NOTHING!--HIS GOOSE was cooked:--well done--in more ways than one. Let's look at his case: (see below):

HERE IS HIS STORY FOR THE WHOLE WORLD TO SEE: Vibert Greene On Point.
This eye witness account will send achievers up your spine:
This Black PhD Grad. student was called into his Department's office and told to fill out a survey by the Department's secretary---The subject: "How he felt about the Department and the Professors?--He should have kept his mouth shut, considering the answers he gave.
One of his answers was "The professors can do Research, they are very good at Research--but they cannot teach--that was his First mistake; then he added this "The Professors in the department are racists"--his Second big mistake.

When word got out about the survey results, all hell broke loose. 
THE RACIST SELF APPOINTED GATEKEEPER PUT OUT THE ORDERS TO THE DEPARTMENT'S PROFESSORS and ADMINISTRATION--UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU LET THIS GUY SIGN OFF ON HIS PhD--HE IS NOT A TEAM PLAYER, HE CALLED US ALL RACISTS. AND WITH THAT, HE EVENTUALLY GOT HIS WAY--HE GOT WHAT HE WANTED--HIS ORDERS WERE CARRIED OUT BY HIS APPOINTED MAJOR ADVISOR--THEY HAD AN AGENDA--IT WAS SET AND THEY WERE DETERMINE TO CARRY IT OUT, EVEN IF THAT MEANT VIOLATING DEPARTMENT POLICY. 

NOW, THAT THIS BLACK PhD GRADUATE STUDENT WAS OFFICIALLY DECLARED AN OUTCAST--HIS GOOSE WAS COOKED: The first act of discrimination, harassment, retaliation--call it what you will --had begun: They would not let him choose his Major Advisor nor the committee that would sign-off his PhD. Instead, they chose the Major Advisor and the signed-off committee for him. THEY DID ALL THIS AGAINST DEPARTMENT'S POLICY--even though they knew what they were doing was against the Department's Policy.

THIS BLACK PhD GRADUATE STUDENT--NOW, LABELED AN OUTCAST--took it all in stride, and pressed on. He completed all of his PhD course work with an overall GPA of 3.81 out of 4.0; he got his PhD required course list signed off as complete by his Department--: AND WITH NO HELP FROM HIS DEPARTMENT, HE PRESSED ON WITH HIS RESEARCH; HE SETUP THE INSTRUMENTATION, WROTE ALL TESTS AND VERIFICATION PROCEDURES FOR HIS RESEARCH-- HE DID ALL THAT WITHOUT ANY HELP (TECHNICAL OR OTHERWISE) FROM HIS DEPARTMENT--HE WAS ABLE TO INSTALL ALL REQUIRED EQUIPMENTS, VERIFIED AND PROVE THE SYSTEM OPERATIONAL. HE ENSURE THAT THE ENTIRE RESEARCH STATION WAS CERTIFIED. AND READY FOR USE ON THIS RESEARCH.
HE successfully completed his Research, USING THE RESEARCH STATION HE BUILT HIMSELF WITHOUT ANY DEPARTMENT HELP.
HE wrote-up his findings and recommendations for future Research AND SUBMITTED HIS THESIS TO HIS DEPARTMENT.

THAT'S IT--HE MET ALL THE PhD ACHADEMIC REQUIREMENTS AND THEREFORE,  HAS ACHIEVED THE PhD; WHY??--HE EARNED IT FAIR AND SQUARE. THE CERIMONIAL QUALIFYING EXAM IS ALL BS--A GROUP OF PROFESSORS (USUALLY 4) SAT AROUND AND ASK YOU SOME UNDERGRADUATE QUESTIONS FOR AN HOUR OR LESS.--INSTEAD OF, FOCUSING ON  THE RESEARCH; ISN'T WHAT A PhD IS ALL ABOUT--YOUR ABILITY TO DO RESEARCH? YOU HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED ALL YOUR REQUIRED COURSE WORK--SO YOU KNOW WHERE TO FIND THE ANSWERS IF YOU NEED BE.
RESEARCH IS ABOUT FINDING ANSWERS TO SPECIFICALLY DEFINED FRAMED QUESTIONS. IT'S ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE PRESENTLY DOING OR ALREADY DID TO ANSWER THOSE QUESTIONS; THAT'S WHAT THE QUALIFYING EXAM SHOULD BE ALL ABOUT--SEARCHING FOR ANSWERS THAT YOU CANNOT  LOOK UP IN SOME TEXT BOOK--YOUR ABILITY TO DO THAT IS WHAT A PhD IS ALL ABOUT; NOT ASKING QUESTIONS THAT ONE CAN LOOK-UP IN A TEXT BOOK.
AS A MATTER OF FACT, A PhD SUTDENT TOLD ME THAT DURING HIS QUALIFYING EXAM, THE PROFESSORERS DID NOT ASK A SINGLE QUESTION; HE SAID HE SPOKE FOR ABOUT 5-MINUITES AND THAT WAS IT. WELL GUESS WHAT? HE WAS WHITE AND HE ATTENDED THE SAME PRESTIGIOUS UNIVERSITY--GO FIGURE. 

INSTITUTION OF HIGHER LEARNING SHOULD RID THEMSELVES OF THIS CERMMONIAL BS--SOME ALREADY HAVE. NOW THAT I HAVE LET-OFF SOME STEAM, LET'S GET BACK TO THE FACTS OF THIS CASE. WHEN ALL THE FACTS ARE CONSIDERED, THIS BLACK PhD GRADUATE STUDENT--NOW, LABELED AN OUTCAST DID ACHEIVED A PhD. AND HE EARNED IT FAIR AND SQUARE, IRESPECTIVE OF THAT CERMONIAL QUALIFYING EXAM BULL SHIT.
HERE ARE THE FACTS:
1)  HE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED ALL THE REQUIREMENTS FOR HIS PhD.
2)  HE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED ALL THE REQUIRED COURSES FOR HIS PhD  with an overall GPA of 3.81 out of 4.0.
3)  THE REQUIRED LIST OF COURSES FOR A PhD WAS APPROVED AND SIGNED OFF AS COMPLETE by his  Department Chair.
4)  HE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED HIS RESEARCH.
5)  HE WROTE-UP HIS THESIS, Findings and Recommendations for FOLLOW-UP Research.
6)  HE SUBMITTED HIS THESIS TO HIS DEPARTMENT.
HE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED ALL THE REQUIREMENTS FOR HIS PhD.

ALL THAT WAS LEFT, WAS TO HAVE THE PhD SIGN-OFF. AND THERE-IN LIES THE PROBLEM--THIS IS WHERE THE RACIST SELF- APPOINTED GATEKEEPER ORDERS WERE CARRIED OUT BY HIS (WITH DEPARTMENT APPROVED) SELF APPOINTED --MAJOR ADVISOR--OVER ALL OBJECTIONS AND APPEALS BY THIS BLACK PhD GRADUATE STUDENT--(THE OFFICIALLY DECLARED OUTCAST).

NOTE:
THE DEPARTMENT POLICY DICTATES THAT A GRADUATE STUDENT CAN CHOSE HIS OR HER COMMITTEE AND MAJOR ADVISOR WITHOUT DEPARTMENT INTERVENTION. HOWEVER, AS NOTED, THIS BLACK PhD GRADUATE STUDENT WAS NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT; AND IN SPITE HIS OBJECTIONS AND APPEALS, HE COULDN'T REMOVE THE DEPARTMENT APPROVED AND THE RACIST GATEKEEPER APPOINTED MAJOR ADVISOR. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN INDEPENDENTLY SELECTED COMMITTEE AND MAJOR ADVISOR OF HIS CHOOSING AS DICTATED BY DEPARTMENT POLICY. BUT HE WAS NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT; AND BECAUSE HE WAS NOT ALLOWED TO CHOOSE HIS MAJOR ADVISOR, THE RACIST SELF APPOINTED GATEKEEPER GOT HIS WAY--HE WON ON DECISION DAY:

DECISION DAY AND THE  FINAL HEARTBREAK--THE FINAL BLOW:
ON DECISION DAY they refuse to let his Research Advisor speak about his Research and findings--they even refuse to let his Research Advisor sit in the room with him--they told his Research Advisor that he had to leave, and he did; he said as he went by that he was sorry for what was happening and left the room. My question is this-why didn't someone said something? Instead, everyone just sat there in stony silence? Hard to believe, BUT THAT'S WHAT THEY  DID AND SADLY THE TORTURE WENT ON. What came next should make any-one's blood boil--it did mine. His Major Advisor -- you know; the one that was chosen by the Gatekeeper and approved by the Department took the podium and--after asking a simple 101 basic Differential Equation question, said TO THIS OUTCAST BLACK PhD GRADUATE STUDENT ''You cannot differentiate" and with that, it was over.

CAN YOU IMAGINE? here is a guy with a BA Degree in Mathematics--A guy who took all sort of Advance Differentiation courses include one of the most difficult--PARTIAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS -- PLUS MANY ADVANCE CALCULUS COURSES AND PASSED THEM ALL. FOR THAT MAJOR ADVISOR TO SAY THAT THE GUY COULD NOT DIFFERENTIATE  DEFIES LOGIC--GO FIGURE.
I SERIOUSLY DOUBT THAT MAJOR ADVISOR EVEN TOOK, MUCH LESS COMPLETED COURSES REQUIRED FOR A BA DEGREE IN MATHEMATICS; HE WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF HIS LEAGUE IN THE MATH AREA--HE WAS NOT QUALIFIED TO MAKE THAT STATEMENT.
BUT IT WAS PAYBACK TIME--AND THE MOTHER OF ALL EVIL--THE blatant acts of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and racism began to unfold, I would not wish his experience on any-one's worse enemy.
IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE THAT such unethical behaviour is practiced at an institution/University of higher learning --especially, at a university that is regarded--as the "BEST PUBLIC UNIVERSITY IN THE COUNTRY" and consistently rated No: 1 in the Country.

AT A LATER DATE, ONE OF THE OBSERVER WHO WAS IN THE ROOM SAID WITH TEARY EYES "As I eat my dinner that night, I cried--I could not believe what I had just witnessed--blatant discrimination". and then added in disgust "That Department has some serious problems--I couldn't believe the discrimination".

CONSIDERED THE FACTS IN THIS CASE,  IT DOESN'T MATTER ONE-GOD-DAMN-BIT WHAT THAT APPOINTED MAJOR ADVISOR SAID at that podium-- (you know; the one that was chosen by the RACIST Gatekeeper and approved by the Department) HIS ASSESSMENT AND STUPID REMARK WAS UNFOUNDED and WITHOUT MERIT:  ESPECIALLY WHEN ONE CONSIDERS THE FACTS: AND THE FACTS ARE:

THIS GUY COMPLETED ALL HIS EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR HIS PhD: INCLUDING CLASS WORK, RESEARCH AND THESIS --AND, HE SUBMITTED HIS THESIS TO HIS DEPARTMENT.

IN MY OPINION AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE--THIS BLACK PhD GRADUATE STUDENT, (GIVEN HIS ACADEMIC ACCOMPLISHMENTS) EARNED THE PhD WITH OR WITHOUT THAT SECONDARY SIGNED-OFF CEREMONY, AN UNNECESSARY PRACTICE. IT'S NOT SURPRISING THAT SOME INSTITUTIONS DON'T HAVE THAT SECONDARY SIGN-OFF CEREMONY  IN ORDER TO ELIMINATE ANY FAVORITISM AND OR DISCRIMINATION.

THIS BLACK PhD GRADUATE STUDENT SUCCESSFUL COMPLETED ALL  REQUIREMENTS, EXCEPT FOR THE  UNNECESSARY CEREMONIAL SIGN-OFF RITUAL. 
THIS BLACK PhD GRADUATE STUDENT HAS HIS PhD; HE EARNED IT FAIR AND SQUARE. --LET THEM CHALLENGE THOSE FACTS -- THEY ARE SURE TO LOSE.

NOW YOUR EYES ARE WIDE OPEN. I WONDER HOW MANY MINORITY STUDENTS--UNDERGRAD AND GRAD. HAVE BEEN SCREWED BY THESE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING. MY GUESS IS--FAR TOO MANY FOR A CIVIL SOCIETY.

Sara Palin: Is she an embarrassment to her family and to the Nation?

I would not trade places with Sara Palin husband--This poor guy is at home; and he travels with her, he has to ignore her ridiculous statements to the public and the media--AND her ridiculous statements to the public and the media make her look like an airhead; that--must be very hard to take--I would not be surprise if they get a divorce soon--my prediction--after the 2012 elections.

All rational people should ask this very serious question: Is she Presidential?
In my opinion, she act and looks like a confused, tormented sole. Every time she gets on TV, I cringe. Someone has to get through to her that she is not Presidential; that she will not be nominated by her Party and therefore she could never be President;  Sara must be told the plain unadulterated truth--that her 15 minutes of fame is over and she has now become a National disgrace--an embarrassment to the majority of Americans.

Mr. President I would like you to consider forming a 7 member advisory committee; that meet once a month, THE FOLLOWING MONTH WE MEET WITH THE PRESIDENT TO PRESENT OUR IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS.  I suggest as members of the committee: Myself and Karen Young from California, one member from Idaho, one from New York, one from Hawaii, one from Chicago, one from Massachusetts. THE COMMITTEE WILL SELECT ITS CHAIRMAN OR CHAIRWOMAN. Meeting site will rotate. I recommend no payment for our service except for travel and lodging and food expenses.

Pat Buchanan asked on---Hardball on 2/22/2010--Why do we have to pay for the defense of Japan, South Korea etc.?. Why can't they defend themselves--Well, guess what? I agree with him. I have been saying that for so long that I am now loosing  my voice.
Mr. President, get with it. The moneys saved will more than pay for Health Care, and a lot of social programs now under funded.
You have to wean these Countries of their dependency on the good old US of A. WE, can no longer carry the World on our shoulders. This is the 21st century, the Colonial era is over--we don't use slide rule anymore, we use computers and calculators--GET IT?

In 2006, I told Californians of my plans for:
• Job growth, Education and environmental reform;
• For Border security, and a Robust Economic Recovery;
• Streamlining State Government AND State regulations on Businesses;
• Implementing a 4-DAY work week for State employees
• Reducing our dependence on foreign oil. And State Health care reform.
Not many listened then --and our economy tanked; people loss jobs, while the cost of health care went through the roof.

What’s changed since 2006?
• Our borders are a sieve.
• We have increased our dependency on foreign oil.
•Our State unemployment rate—a whopping 12.5%.
• Our budget deficit is now 25 Billion and growing.
• Our First Responders are getting Pink Slips.
* And, Neighborhood businesses—are disappearing at an alarming rate.

How much more can YOU take?
Money, Power and Fame do not equal Common sense, Vision and Leadership.

Now it’s 2010, and not much has changed—
My plans for Californian remain the same today as they were in 2006. I WILL: -----
• Generate a robust economy; Create Jobs
• Implement Education, Environmental and health care reforms
• Secure our Borders and reduce our dependence on foreign oil.
• Streamline State Government and State regulations.
